Store Manager – Penha Cur Airport

Job Description

We’re searching for a Store Manager who can unite a diverse team, create a positive and accountable culture, and turn daily challenges into strong performance.

Job Responsibilities:
– Ensure store sales targets are met and implement strategies to improve sales
– Excellent people management skills to coach staff to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
– Complete management reports on actual sales and targets. Review, analyse and utilize reports; implement action plans focusing on development areas
– Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and overall team productivity

Job Requirements:
– Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar management role managing a large team.
– Sales and achievement focused. Proven experience leading, organising & training teams.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Papiamentu (Spanish & Dutch is a plus)
– Must be able to work Mon – Sun, Morning/afternoon/night shifts and holidays
