By using Un Dos Job, creating an account, posting a vacancy, applying for a job, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Who We Are

Un Dos Job is a job platform operated and managed by Roja Virtual Marketing and Bravo Curaçao B.V., located at Willemstad, Curaçao.

Depending on the nature of the service, invoicing, administration, payment collection, and service delivery may be handled by Roja Virtual Marketing, Bravo Curaçao B.V., or another affiliated entity operating Un Dos Job.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • “Un Dos Job”, “we”, “us”, “our” means the Un Dos Job platform and the parties operating it, including Roja Virtual Marketing and Bravo Curaçao B.V.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” means any individual or business using the platform.
  • “Job seeker” means a user who browses vacancies, creates a candidate account, submits applications, uploads documents, or otherwise uses the platform to seek employment or assignments.
  • “Employer” means a user, company, organisation, recruiter, or hiring party that creates an employer account, posts a vacancy, purchases employer services, receives applications, or otherwise uses the platform to recruit or attract candidates.
  • “Platform” means the website, systems, services, content, and functionality made available through Un Dos Job.
  • “Vacancy” means any job post, assignment, internship, freelance role, or recruitment-related listing submitted to or published on Un Dos Job.
  • “Paid services” means any paid employer-facing or recruitment-related service offered by Un Dos Job, including but not limited to featured listings, job promotion campaigns, employer branding services, vacancy writing or optimisation, and other promotional or recruitment support services.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Un Dos Job only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, disrupt, or inhibit the use of the platform by any other user.

You may not use Un Dos Job in any way that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful;
  • could damage, disable, overburden, compromise, or impair the platform or its reputation;
  • could interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the platform;
  • violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.

Un Dos Job reserves the right to monitor the use of the platform and to take any action we reasonably consider necessary to protect the platform, its users, and its reputation.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the platform may require you to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful;
  • you will keep your account information up to date;
  • you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or company, or allow another party to use your account without permission.

Un Dos Job reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that contain false, incomplete, misleading, or suspicious information, or that are used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, documents, and content they submit through the platform.

Job seekers

Job seekers must ensure that any information submitted through the platform, including CVs, application details, contact details, and supporting documents, is accurate and lawful to share.

Employers

Employers are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their company information and vacancy content;
  • ensuring that vacancies represent genuine employment, internship, freelance, or recruitment opportunities;
  • ensuring that the vacancy and recruitment process comply with all applicable laws, labour regulations, and any required permits, registrations, or approvals;
  • ensuring they have the right to use and submit any logos, images, videos, texts, brand materials, or other content supplied to Un Dos Job;
  • ensuring that salary information, benefits, working conditions, job requirements, and other vacancy details are not misleading.

Users may not upload, submit, or distribute any content that is false, harmful, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Job Listings and Applications

Un Dos Job acts as a platform to connect employers and job seekers. We do not act as the employer, recruiter of record, legal representative, employment agency, or contracting party between employers and candidates, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing for a separate service.

Un Dos Job:

  • does not guarantee employment, interviews, assignments, hires, placements, or recruitment outcomes;
  • does not guarantee that any vacancy will receive applications or that any candidate will be suitable for a role;
  • is not responsible for the content of vacancies submitted by employers;
  • is not responsible for the conduct, communication, screening, selection, hiring decisions, contractual arrangements, or employment terms of employers or job seekers;
  • is not a party to any employment, freelance, internship, or other agreement entered into between an employer and a candidate.

Applications submitted through Un Dos Job may be forwarded to the relevant employer or handled through the platform as part of the application process. Employers are responsible for their own review, communication, selection, and follow-up with candidates.

Un Dos Job reserves the right to review, refuse, edit, suspend, unpublish, or remove any vacancy, employer profile, candidate profile, application-related content, or other material that violates these Terms, does not fit the purpose or quality standards of the platform, or is otherwise considered unsuitable by Un Dos Job.

7. Employer Eligibility and Vacancy Approval

Un Dos Job is a job platform primarily focused on the labour market of Curaçao.

By submitting a vacancy on Un Dos Job, the employer confirms that:

  • the vacancy is genuine and relates to a legitimate employment, internship, freelance, or recruitment opportunity;
  • the employer is established and operating in Curaçao, or has received explicit written approval from Un Dos Job to publish the vacancy;
  • all company and vacancy information provided is complete, accurate, current, and truthful.

Eligibility of employers

Employers may only publish vacancies on Un Dos Job if they are established and operating in Curaçao. Vacancies from employers based outside Curaçao are not permitted on the platform unless explicitly approved in writing by Un Dos Job.

Un Dos Job reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, whether an employer, vacancy, or company profile fits the regional focus, standards, and positioning of the platform.

Verification and additional information

Un Dos Job may request additional information from an employer at any time, including but not limited to:

  • registered company name;
  • business address;
  • Chamber of Commerce or registration details;
  • company website or LinkedIn page;
  • name and contact details of the contact person;
  • supporting documents reasonably required to verify the legitimacy of the company or vacancy.

Approval and publication

Submission of a vacancy does not guarantee publication. Un Dos Job reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, suspend, edit, unpublish, or remove any vacancy, employer account, or company profile if:

  • the employer is based outside Curaçao and has not been explicitly approved by Un Dos Job;
  • the vacancy or employer does not fit the regional focus, quality standards, or purpose of the platform;
  • insufficient, unclear, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading information is provided;
  • the vacancy appears fraudulent, spammy, irrelevant, misleading, suspicious, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable;
  • the employer fails to provide requested verification or supporting information;
  • the vacancy breaches applicable laws, these Terms, or the rights of third parties.

Editorial and formatting rights

To maintain quality, consistency, readability, and presentation on the platform, Un Dos Job reserves the right to make minor editorial, spelling, formatting, layout, categorisation, and SEO-related adjustments to vacancy content, employer profile content, or related text submitted to the platform, without changing the core meaning of the vacancy.

8. Paid Services and Payments

Un Dos Job offers both free and paid services. Paid services may include, but are not limited to:

  • featured job listings;
  • job promotion campaigns;
  • employer branding pages or employer branding services;
  • vacancy writing, rewriting, or optimisation services;
  • social media promotion or recruitment marketing services;
  • other paid employer or recruitment-related services offered through Un Dos Job.

All prices are listed in XCG or USD, unless stated otherwise.

Invoices and contracting entity

Invoices for services provided through Un Dos Job may be issued by Roja Virtual Marketing, Bravo Curaçao B.V., or another affiliated legal entity operating Un Dos Job, depending on the nature of the service, the contracting party, or the administrative setup.

By purchasing a paid service through Un Dos Job, you acknowledge and accept that invoicing, administration, and payment collection may be handled by one of these entities.

Payment terms

Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be stated on the invoice, order confirmation, proposal, or otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, paid services must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms. Un Dos Job reserves the right to delay, suspend, cancel, or withhold delivery, publication, activation, or continuation of a paid service until payment has been received.

No refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been:

  • confirmed;
  • scheduled;
  • published;
  • activated;
  • delivered; or
  • materially started by Un Dos Job.

No guarantee of results

Paid services offered by Un Dos Job are promotional, visibility, employer branding, or recruitment support services. Un Dos Job does not guarantee any specific number of applicants, responses, interviews, hires, placements, reach, clicks, engagement, or other recruitment outcomes from any paid service.

Client delays or missing input

Where a paid service depends on information, materials, approvals, or feedback from the employer, the employer is responsible for providing these in a timely manner. Delays caused by the employer do not automatically entitle the employer to a refund, discount, extension, or cancellation of the service, unless Un Dos Job expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Un Dos Job platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, logos, branding, layouts, software, databases, and website content, is the property of Un Dos Job and/or its licensors, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, scrape, or otherwise use any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from Un Dos Job, except where such use is expressly permitted by law or by these Terms.

Employers and users remain responsible for the content they submit and confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content to Un Dos Job.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not, directly or indirectly:

  • scrape, harvest, extract, copy, or systematically collect data from the platform without written permission;
  • use bots, crawlers, scripts, automated tools, or other technologies to access or interact with the platform without permission;
  • post fraudulent, misleading, spammy, irrelevant, or fake vacancies or profiles;
  • impersonate another individual, company, or organisation;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or any content intended to damage or disrupt the platform;
  • use the platform for unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful conduct;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or platform data;
  • use the platform in a way that could harm the reputation, functioning, safety, or integrity of Un Dos Job.

11. Privacy and Cookies

By using Un Dos Job, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be collected, processed, stored, and shared as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These policies explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including data submitted by job seekers and employers through the platform.

12. Third-Party Links and Third-Party Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, services, or content. Un Dos Job is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or functionality of any third-party website or service.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not imply endorsement by Un Dos Job.

13. Suspension and Termination

Un Dos Job reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, disable, unpublish, or terminate:

  • any user account;
  • any employer account or company profile;
  • any candidate account or profile;
  • any vacancy, application-related content, or other submitted material;
  • access to paid services or platform functionality,

if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, provided misleading information, misused the platform, failed to make payment, posed a risk to the platform or its users, or otherwise acted in a way that may harm Un Dos Job, its users, or its reputation.

Termination or suspension does not affect any payment obligations already due to Un Dos Job.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Un Dos Job, Roja Virtual Marketing, Bravo Curaçao B.V., and their owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

  • the use of or inability to use the platform;
  • any vacancy, application, employer profile, or candidate profile;
  • any interaction, communication, agreement, or dispute between users, employers, and job seekers;
  • any hiring decision, employment outcome, recruitment outcome, rejection, delay, or failure to receive applications;
  • the suspension, refusal, editing, removal, or unpublishing of any content or account;
  • any errors, interruptions, data loss, technical issues, or third-party actions.

Use of the platform and services is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the services of Un Dos Job shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Willemstad, Curaçao.

16. Changes to These Terms

Un Dos Job may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the platform after such changes have been published, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
