Location: Punda or Sambil Mall.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This role serves as second-in-command, driving sales performance, team development, and an exceptional customer experience.

*Responsabilities*

Support the Store Manager in upholding store standards across sales performance, merchandising, housekeeping, and asset management.
Build outstanding customer relationships and lead by example to ensure the entire team delivers excellent service.
Supervise, train, and develop sales associates, fostering growth and progressively greater independence.
Maintain deep product knowledge, effectively demonstrate products, and communicate product performance insights to relevant business partners.
Oversee the receipt, processing, storage, and display of incoming product to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Manage in-store projects end-to-end, including visual merchandising updates and preparations for peak selling periods.
Ensure all store operations — including register functions, inventory control, and price changes — are conducted with integrity.

*Requirements*

High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of retail experience; 1 year preferably in a leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher), internet software, and inventory management systems.
