Job responsibilities
– Meet monthly sales targets.
– Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by the team. Deal with customer service issues such as queries and complaints and determine optimal solutions.
– Update staff on store targets and business performance.
– Ensure interior of the store is maintained to Penha standards.

Job requirements
– Education – MBO/HBO.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Papiamento (Dutch & Spanish is a plus).
– Previous store management experience is a plus.
– Excellent people management skills.
– Must be able to work Mon – Sun, Morning/afternoon/night shifts and holidays.
