AI & Automation Coordinator (FT)

Job Description

Are you curious about AI, automation and smarter ways of working? We’re looking for a young, creative and hands-on problem solver who enjoys using technology to make work easier, faster and smarter.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Identify repetitive tasks and find ways to automate them.

– Build AI workflows, assistants and automated processes.

– Connect different systems and applications.

– Create automated reports and dashboards for management.

– Use AI to analyze operational information and identify trends or unusual results.

– Explore and test new AI tools and technologies.

– Help different hotel departments use AI effectively.

– Train employees and managers on practical AI solutions.

– Ensure that solutions are secure, practical and easy to use.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– A strong interest in AI, automation and technology.

– Curious, creative and eager to learn.

– Hands-on mindset with a let’s figure it out attitude.

– Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate is a plus.

– Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Excel, Power BI or system integrations is an advantage.

– Able to understand business processes and turn ideas into practical solutions.

– Good communication skills and able to explain technology in simple terms.

– Strong attention to privacy and data security.

– Good command of English. Dutch and/or Papiamentu is a plus.

– Hospitality experience is not required.

You don’t need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn and excited to build things that actually make a difference.
