The position

As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining an asset register for all physical assets.
• Defining asset lifecycle strategies including maintenance, refurbishment and replacement.
• Coordinating long-term CAPEX planning and supporting budget preparation.
• Monitoring asset performance, costs, depreciation, and risks.
• Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and data integrity.
• Managing contracts, warranties, and service level agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinating inspections, audits, and condition assessments.
• Actively contributing to strategic decisions within the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thinks beyond today’s challenges. You bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Asset Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset management, facilities management or technical management.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring and reporting.
• The ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English. Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus.
