As a Supervisor, you’ll help achieve store goals, create excellent customer experiences, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead by example and support store goals
– Supervise daily operations and guide the team
– Maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
– Motivate the team to meet sales and service goals
– Resolve customer and employee issues
– Assist with opening/closing tasks

What You Bring:
– Able to lift, move, organize merchandise, and stand for long periods
– 2+ years retail experience; leadership experience preferred
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and team skills
– High energy, integrity, and customer-first mindset
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
– Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
