We are looking for an experienced and driven real estate professional to join our team on Curaçao.

Curacao Sotheby’s International Realty is the island’s leading luxury real estate brokerage and an affiliate of the global Sotheby’s International Realty® network, operating in over 86 countries with more than 1,100 offices worldwide. We represent some of the most exclusive properties on Curaçao and consistently set the benchmark for luxury transactions on the island.

The role
As a Sales Agent, you will guide discerning clients through the purchase and sale of exclusive real estate on Curaçao. You will build and maintain high-value client relationships, provide expert market advice, and represent our brand with the professionalism and discretion it demands.

What we are looking for
· Proven experience in real estate or a comparable commercial role, preferably in the luxury or high-end segment
· A strong professional network, on Curaçao or internationally
· Outstanding communication skills in English and Dutch
· A polished professional presence and genuine affinity for luxury real estate
· A client-first mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a high standard of discretion
· Entrepreneurial drive, self-discipline, and a strong sense of personal accountability
· Willingness to work with CRM and compliance systems as part of daily practice
