Help us tell the stories behind healthier, happier workplaces across the Caribbean. Are you a creative marketeer who believes that strong brands are built through authentic stories instead of traditional advertising?

At WannaGrow and WannaGo Outdoors, we’re looking for someone who enjoys turning ideas, experiences and impact into inspiring content that connects with organizations across the Dutch Caribbean.

This is more than a marketing role. You’ll help shape how our brands are seen, understood and remembered.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of our branding and marketing activities by:

  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Strengthening the positioning of both WannaGrow and WannaGo Outdoors
  • Managing newsletters through Mailchimp
  • Supporting website content together with our web content manager
  • Developing simple marketing funnels and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Organizing contacts and leads in a CRM
  • Translating workshops, coaching sessions and client success stories into authentic content
  • Bringing fresh marketing ideas that help grow our visibility and community

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has Caribbean roots or understands the Caribbean culture and business environment
  • Thinks strategically about branding, positioning and storytelling
  • Writes clear and engaging content
  • Knows how to work with AI marketing tools while keeping content authentic
  • Enjoys working with organizations that create positive impact
  • Speaks English and Papiamentu fluently

Experience in coaching, leadership development or learning & development is a plus, but not required.
