Job Description
As a Tours Coordinator, you play a key role in organizing and executing our cruise-related tours. From preparation to on-site coordination, you ensure everything runs smoothly when cruise ships arrive on the island. You are the link between cruise partners, guides, dispatchers, and operations. Making sure every detail is aligned and every guest has a seamless experience.
What your day looks like
Your day starts with preparing the tour planning and checking all schedules for upcoming cruise arrivals. You brief guides and dispatchers so everyone knows exactly what is expected and when. At the cruise terminal, you coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring everything runs on time. Throughout the day, you stay in close contact with cruise lines via email and handle any last-minute changes. Behind the scenes, you keep the tour administration up to date and ensure all cruise-related data is accurate. You also support in creating management reports and keeping oversight of daily operations.

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or operations
- Strong communication skills (English required, other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
