Ensure smooth operations and assist with opening/closing tasks.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead by example and support store goals
– Supervise daily operations and guide the team
– Maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
– Motivate the team to meet sales and service goals
– Resolve customer and employee issues

What You Bring:
– 2+ years retail experience; leadership experience preferred
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and team skills
– Customer-first mindset with energy and integrity
– Proficient in Microsoft Office/POS systems
– Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
– Able to lift, move, and organize merchandise
