Job responsibilities
- Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation, including employment contracts, letters, company policies, and other HR-related forms.
- Provide first-level support to staff by responding to general enquiries and assisting with
day-to-day HR and administrative matters. - Support the team with time and attendance reporting, leave tracking, and other administrative processes to ensure accurate record keeping and smooth operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is updated, organized, and handled confidentially.
- Assist with general HR administration and contribute to creating a positive and professional employee experience.
Job requirements
- University graduate.
- Must understand labor laws and how to navigate through information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Papiamento.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
- Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change and time pressures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Can self-manage and enjoys working in a team.
