Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation, including employment contracts, letters, company policies, and other HR-related forms.
  • Provide first-level support to staff by responding to general enquiries and assisting with
    day-to-day HR and administrative matters.
  • Support the team with time and attendance reporting, leave tracking, and other administrative processes to ensure accurate record keeping and smooth operations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is updated, organized, and handled confidentially.
  • Assist with general HR administration and contribute to creating a positive and professional employee experience.

Job requirements

  • University graduate.
  • Must understand labor laws and how to navigate through information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Papiamento.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
  • Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change and time pressures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Can self-manage and enjoys working in a team.
