Housekeeping Supervisor
You manage the daily operations of cleaning the rooms and public areas. You inspect the execution of cleaning tasks but also assist when necessary. You ensure the laundry runs efficiently, support cleaning projects and report to management. You are the point of contact for your colleagues in the Housekeeping team. You work with attention to detail and enjoy setting the right example.
WHAT DO WE ASK?
- Experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in the hotel sector
- Good knowledge of cleaning products
- In good health, physically fit
- Representative and professional work attitude
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts and holidays
- Clear communication in Dutch and English; Papiamentu is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Supervisor experience is a plus
