Launched in Aruba in 2020, Bocobay has grown into an international hospitality business bringing a new standard to the Caribbean vacation rental market. Since expanding to Curaçao in late 2024, we’ve been growing rapidly, and we’re looking for motivated people to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

As a Hospitality Agent, you’ll be the friendly face of Bocobay and play a key role in delivering five-star guest experiences. Your operational base will be the front desk at one of our Bocobay resorts in Curaçao, but your responsibilities will extend across different properties on the island.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests: Assist with check-ins, answer questions and make every guest feel at home.
• Deliver five-star service: Provide local recommendations, assist with guest requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Support daily operations: Coordinate services such as towel exchanges and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain property standards: Conduct property checks, manage inventories and keys, and help keep accommodations guest-ready.
• Coordinate with suppliers: Work with external partners to resolve issues and ensure excellent service.
• Keep systems updated: Maintain accurate information in our internal systems and property listings.
• Take ownership: Identify potential problems before they affect guests and take initiative to find practical solutions.

You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to new initiatives, improve processes and help Bocobay grow in Curaçao.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring shift work five days per week, including weekends. Working hours vary according to business needs, with shifts currently starting as early as 8:00 AM and finishing as late as 7:00 PM. Flexibility is important, especially during busy periods.
