Job Description

As a Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be at the heart of Scuba Lodge’s guest services. From
check-in to check-out, you’ll assist with reservations, provide concierge support, and help guests
have a smooth and enjoyable stay. By coordinating with other departments, you’ll ensure everything
runs seamlessly and guest expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and warmth.
  • Provide personalized concierge services, assisting guests with local recommendations,
    reservations, and itineraries.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Streamline communication between departments such as housekeeping and maintenance
    to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Ensure that guests experience a seamless and enjoyable stay from start to finish.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to
    enhance future stays.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish. Portuguese or German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under
    pressure.
