Job Description
As a Cruise Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our cruise guests and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You welcome guests, provide clear information, and guide them to the right tours and transportation.
You coordinate daily operations, assist with questions, and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner. Working closely with drivers, guides, and the operations team, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you help create a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
What we are Looking for:
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or cruise operations is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required)
• Problem-solver with a guest-focused mindset
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Organized, multitasker, and able to perform under pressure
• Comfortable with computer systems
• Valid driver’s license (B) and own transportation
