Food & Beverage Supervisor
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting management in monitoring the daily activities of staff. You are responsible for specific tasks and delegate them to your team. In this role, you have knowledge and experience in leadership and you can convey your enthusiasm to both the team and the guests. Additionally, you ensure compliance with company standards and encourage the highest level of service! You are the point of contact for the team. You answer questions, support execution and set a good example. You maintain oversight in a busy restaurant, communicate with the kitchen, and solve problems. Together with your team you ensure an unforgettable customer experience.
WHAT DO WE ASK?
- Experience in Food & Beverage, minimum 7 years
- Of which at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Representative and professional work attitude
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts and holidays
- Clear communication in Dutch and English; Papiamentu is a plus
- Basic computer skills
