Dive Division is a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team of dive professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional dive and guest experiences at Curaçao’s most high-end resort locations. Alongside our diving services, we manage several retail outlets and distribute multiple premium brands.

Retail & Wholesale Operations Manager
Are you passionate about sales, people, and the ocean? We’re looking for a hands-on Retail & Wholesale Operations Manager to keep our daily operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
You’ll be diving into everything from analyzing consumer trends and managing stock to negotiating with suppliers and coordinating international shipments. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring our team, training new talent, and driving performance across the board.

What you’ll bring:
Solid experience in retail or wholesale management
Great communication and organizational skills
A knack for spotting trends and boosting sales performance
Experience handling suppliers, logistics, customs, and purchasing
A natural leadership style — you love mentoring and motivating others
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Bonus points if you:Speak Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamentu
Have experience in the diving, water sports, or hospitality industry
Know your way around international trade or freight forwarding
Are passionate about the ocean and marine environment
Have experience in sales training or coaching
