Dispatcher (Full-Time)
Job Description
As a Dispatcher, you are responsible for coordinating and managing transportation and transfer services efficiently to ensure smooth and timely guest transfers to and from the hotels. You play an important role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- An open, professional, and enthusiastic personality
- Solution-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in tourism, aviation, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch; Spanish is a plus
