Job Description

As a full time Customer Succes Agent, your primary responsibility is to provide our guests with the best possible experience from the moment they book until their next visit.

Coral Coco supports property owners in renting out their homes to guests. This entails advertising management, yield management, cleaning, key management, customer support, and hosting. With 200+ listings, we are one of the largest property management companies in Curaçao, with three offices at Curacao International Airport, Pietermaai Ruyterkade, and at Coral Estate Centre.

Qualifications:
– Basic understanding of the various online travel agents and tour operators
– Excellent customer service skills;
– Solution-oriented with a flexible and open mindset;
– Accountable and resilient;
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Fluent in Dutch and English;
– Able to work evenings and weekends.
