Ultimate Padel Curaçao is looking for a hands-on Club Manager who can oversee the daily operations of the club and help create a professional, welcoming, and energetic environment for both members and visitors.

Ultimate Padel Curaçao is more than just a sports location. It’s a social and growing community where people come together to play padel, relax, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere around the club. As Club Manager, you play a key role in keeping that experience running smoothly every single day.

What your day looks like

As Club Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the club. You coordinate staff schedules, support the team on the floor, oversee operations, and help organize activities and events.

You make sure the club stays organized, professional, and welcoming for guests at all times. From operational planning to customer experience, you are someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems quickly when needed.

You will work closely with the team to maintain a positive atmosphere while ensuring the club continues to grow and operate efficiently.

Who you are

• Strong people and operational management skills
• Comfortable managing staff schedules and events
• Professional and solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Local language skills are required
• Minimum age: 25+
• Experience in hospitality, sports, operations, or club management is a strong plus
