Job Description

You love to be outside, love to work in the garden, you are a go-getter and a hard worker. Then we are looking for you! As a Gardener of Blue Bay, you are maintaining the gardens of the resort and, in addition, of homeowners.

The position
-Performs maintenance such as cutting, weeding, trimming and leaf raking.
-Identifying and treating diseases, pest infestations and other issues.
-Maintaining and cleaning up of garden areas.
-Repair and update watering systems.
-And more!

Your profile
-A completed LBO (lower) education.
-You are dependable, flexible and you have a hands-on mentality.
-Work experience in a related field is a pre.
-You have understanding of and competence with garden tools.
-You are able to do physically demanding work and can stand the heat of the sun.
-You speak English, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu.
