What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused professional who enjoys balancing people, performance, and purpose. You have:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client support
• Knowledge of lending, loans, or credit processes
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, Papiamentu, English (Spanish is a plus)
• Commercial insight with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver results
• A hands-on, structured approach with the confidence to take ownership and see things through
• The ability to coach and inspire others while contributing positively to a team environment
