Job Description
As an Airport & Guest Experience Representative, you are the face of the tour operator in Curaçao. You create the first and last impression of the holiday experience by welcoming guests at the airport and ensuring their journey from arrival to departure runs smoothly.
This dynamic role combines guest relations, operations, and sales. You interact with international guests daily, support them during their stay, and introduce them to the best experiences the destination has to offer.

Key Responsibilities
Airport Rep Service

Welcome guests at the airport in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide destination information and introduce available services.

Organize and dispatch arriving guests to their assigned transfer vehicles.

Manage daily departure lists and confirm transfer arrangements.
Guest Services

Act as a key contact person for guests during their stay.

Visit partner hotels regularly to assist guests and provide on-site support.

Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Operations & Reporting

Manage daily reservations and operational updates.

Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and guest services.

Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to the destination management team.
Sales & Excursions

Promote and sell excursions and destination experiences.

Provide guests with recommendations for tours and activities.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring guests receive suitable recommendations.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily based at Hato Airport and partner hotels in Curaçao.
