Bartender – Restaurant Salú

Job Description

At Restaurant Salú, every drink is part of the guest experience. As Bartender at Salú, you make sure every guest enjoys the perfect glass, whether that’s a carefully selected wine, a cold beer or one of the cocktails on our menu. Our evenings revolve around wines and beers, served with knowledge, care and a warm island welcome.

What you will do
– Serve wines, beers, cocktails, drinks and coffees at a consistently high level
– Advise guests on our wine and beer selection and help them find the right drink with their meal
– Keep your bar organized, stocked and spotless throughout the shift
– Work closely with the Salú service team for a smooth guest experience

Who you are
– Experienced behind the bar, with good knowledge of the full range of bar products, including wines, beers, spirits and cocktails
– Precise and consistent: every drink meets the same standard
– Hospitable and professional, with genuine attention for every guest
– Organized and calm, also when it gets busy
– Comfortable communicating in English; Papiamentu, Dutch or Spanish are a plus
