Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Red Key Collection | Curaçao

Red Key Collection is looking for a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental properties.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules
-Inspect properties to ensure they meet Red Key Collection’s quality standards
-Ensure units are properly prepared for guest arrivals
-Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items
-Assist with training and guiding housekeeping staff
-Respond quickly to guest or operational housekeeping concerns

Requirements:

-Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality
-Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
-Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
-Good communication and team-management skills
-Flexible availability, including weekends
-Valid driver’s license and own transportation is preferred
