The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging customers, answering questions about products and services, and driving sales performance. This role combines product expertise with exceptional customer service to create outstanding in-store experiences. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and committed to honest, professional conduct.

Location: Punda or Sambil Mall.

*Responsibilities*

-Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout their in-store experience.
-Meet and exceed established sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing current promotions.
-Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively guide customers and assist with merchandise selection.
-Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle special orders, price changes, and customer complaints.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
-Offer the Pandora Preferred Card to customers where applicable to support in-store sales targets.

*Requirements*

-High school diploma or GED.
-You must be at least 18 years old to apply
-One year of specialty retail sales experience preferred.
-POS system knowledge preferred; basic computer literacy an asset.
