OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

The Sopranos Sport Bar & Pizzeria is currently looking for a motivated, responsible, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:
• Experience in horeca, restaurant, or sports bar environment
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience as a waiter and/or bartender
• English is required
• Papiamentu, Spanish, and Dutch are a plus
• Must be legally allowed to work in Curaçao
• Valid Sedula/ID, CRIB number, and GGD card required

Position Details:
• 48 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Salary starting from XCG 2,500 gross per month
• Daily tips included
• Opportunity for growth based on performance
