As a Sales Associate – Appliances, you are the specialist in household equipment such as kitchen appliances, electronics, and home-use devices. You assist customers in selecting the right products, provide expert advice, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Your core responsibilities include:

Advising customers on appliances and related products;
Assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget;
Demonstrating product features and benefits;
Identifying customer needs and responding to sales opportunities;
Ensuring the department is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked;
Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages;
Collaborating with the purchasing department to keep the assortment aligned with customer demand.
