Help guests experience Curaçao in a memorable way. At FBTT Travel, it’s all about creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest. As a tourist guide, you are one of the key people in that journey. You welcome visitors, guide them through destinations, share information and help make their time on the island smooth, informative and enjoyable. his is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural sense of hospitality and likes variety in the workday.
What Your Day Looks Like
As a tourist guide at FBTT Travel, you accompany guests and help turn each outing into a great experience. You provide information about destinations, answer questions and make sure guests feel welcome and supported throughout the tour.
You are comfortable engaging with different people, adjusting your communication where needed and staying service-minded from start to finish. Because no group is exactly the same, this role asks for flexibility, reliability and a positive presence.
Who You Are
You are someone who enjoys being around people and knows how to create a warm, friendly atmosphere. You communicate clearly, stay calm in different situations and understand how important guest experience is within tourism.
You likely recognize yourself in the following:
- You have a friendly and enthusiastic personality
- You communicate well in English, Dutch or Spanish
- Other languages are a plus
- You have experience in customer service or tourism
- You are flexible, reliable and work well in a team
