Cruise Dispatcher

Job Description

At FBTT Travel, cruise days are high-paced and tightly scheduled. As a Cruise Dispatcher, you are the one making sure everything runs as planned — from transport to excursions. You coordinate, adjust and solve. When things change (and they will), you stay ahead, keep overview and make sure drivers, guides and guests all stay aligned. This role is for someone who thrives in structure, but performs under pressure.

What Your Day Looks Like

Your day revolves around planning, coordination and real-time decision making.

• You coordinate transport and excursion schedules for cruise operations
• You act as the main point of contact for drivers and guides
• You monitor planning and adjust when changes occur
• You handle last-minute issues quickly and efficiently
• You keep communication clear between all parties involved

On cruise days, timing is everything and you are in control of that flow.
