Are you technically inclined, communicatively strong, and do you enjoy helping customers with their computer problems? Then we are looking for you! As a Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that their technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same and where you continuously learn about the latest hardware and software.
Core Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for customers with technical problems.
• Assisting customers in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues (in-store and by phone).
• Performing repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Carrying out upgrades such as memory expansion and hard drive replacement.
• Advising customers on suitable products and services.
• Supporting sales by helping customers find the best solutions.
• Managing inventory of parts and accessories.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Additional Requirements:
• Minimum MBO (vocational) level of thinking and working.
• Demonstrable affinity with computers and technology.
• Experience with repairing and/or building computers is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Papiamentu and English/Dutch.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work on Saturdays.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week). Working days are determined based on a work schedule.
