Junior Data Analyst – Aqua Casino Curaçao

Aqua Casino is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where data plays an increasingly important role in daily decision-making. With a team of around 60 employees, the casino operates at the intersection of entertainment, operations, and finance.

You will work in a role that combines both office-based analysis and exposure to the casino floor, giving you direct insight into how your work impacts the business.

No day is the same, and your insights will directly contribute to improving performance.

Your role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you translate data into clear insights that support business decisions.

On a typical day, you will:

• Analyze daily reports such as revenue, number of players, and game performance
• Clean and organize data from different systems
• Update dashboards (e.g. player activity and slot machine performance)
• Answer questions such as: Which games performed best yesterday?
• Support the team with data-driven insights

Your first project will likely involve building a dashboard showing daily revenue and the most popular games.

What you work with

You will work with a mix of:

• Player data (visits, spending, loyalty points)
• Game data (slot machines, table games, wins/losses)
• Financial data (revenue and payouts)
• Operational data (busy hours and staff usage)
