Store Manager

Job Description

The Wine Factory Curaçao is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the store, team leadership, sales performance and maintaining the high standards of our brands.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
-Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
-Drive sales performance and achieve targets
-Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
-Manage inventory & stock levels
-Maintain store presentation and visual standards
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
-Proven experience in retail management (preferably in food, beverage, or hospitality)
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
-Ability to work independently and take responsibility
-Good communication skills
-Proficiency in English (Dutch and Papiamentu are a plus)
-Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
