Providing service runs through your veins and you are able to do physically demanding work? You love to be hands-on and love to see direct results? Then you are the Houseman we are looking for. As a Houseman you are maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests and residents. You are working in a team and will be assisting the Housekeeping Attendants with physically demanding work.

The position
-Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
-Performing general cleaning tasks.
-Cleaning of windows, roofs, doors, furniture.
-Assisting with physically demanding work.
-Working outside in the open air.
-Collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.

Your profile
-Experience in a similar position is a plus.
-You are dependable, flexible and you have a hands-on mentality.
-Willing to work unregular days (weekends and holidays).
-Eye for detail.
-You are in the possession of a valid driver license.
-Able to do physically demanding work.
-You speak English, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu.
