Bellman
As a Bellman, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. During your shift, you welcome all guests. You are responsible for handling luggage and other items for guests during check-in or check-out. You also assist in transporting these items to and from the guest rooms. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining and cleaning the hotel. You do this in an enthusiastic and customer-oriented manner. You represent our slogan “feel the warmth” through your customer-focused and professional work attitude.
WHAT DO WE ASK?
- Representative and professional work attitude
- Flexibly available for different shifts and also on holidays
- Active work attitude, you are not someone who sits still
- Professional communication skills in Dutch, English, and Spanish
- Ability to leave a lasting first impression
- Work experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in a hotel
- Driver’s license is a plus
