Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the F&B Manager in coordinating the daily operations within the F&B department. He/she oversees the smooth execution of operations in restaurants, bars, and banqueting, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

In addition, the Assistant F&B Manager guides and motivates the team, monitors costs and productivity, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards. In doing so, he/she contributes to professional service delivery and the profitability of the department.

  • Proven work experience in F&B operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Leadership qualities, good communication and social skills, and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, sometimes busy environment and under time pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field is a plus.
