This is your opportunity to step into a General Manager role for the Dutch Caribbean operations of a multinational insurance group, covering Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, and St. Maarten. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic commercial leader who thrives in a matrix environment and knows how to translate global strategy into local success. You have:
• 8+ years’ experience in the insurance industry (with at least 5 years in a leadership role)
• Proven track record in sales growth, market development, and operational leadership
• Solid knowledge of the local Dutch Caribbean market
• Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability, persuasive communication skills, and adaptability to lead across cultures and geographies
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA and/or insurance designation is a plus)
