Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

  • Ability to give shows at the table

  • Cost management skills

  • Inventory management skills

  • Proven ability to develop menu items and train colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages

  • Provide a warm, welcoming experience to all guests

  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Maintain accurate inventory and restock supplies as needed

  • Assist in developing seasonal drinks and creative beverage presentations

  • Work collaboratively with restaurant and kitchen staff

  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
