Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
As an F&B Supervisor, you support the management team in overseeing daily operations and guiding staff members. You take responsibility for specific tasks and delegate them to your team efficiently. With your leadership experience and passion for hospitality, you inspire both your colleagues and our guests. You ensure service standards are met and actively encourage the highest level of guest experience.
You are the go-to person for the team. You answer questions, lead by example, and support the team where needed. You keep an overview during busy shifts, communicate clearly with the kitchen, and solve problems with ease. Together with your team, you create a memorable experience for every guest.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Food & Beverage
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- A professional and presentable work attitude
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and public holidays
- Fluent in Dutch and English — Papiamentu is a plus
- Basic computer skills
